Description
When we receive your initial enquiry, one of our experienced Service Managers will be on hand to give you as much help and advice as possible. This normally starts with a briefing meeting to discuss and understand the objectives of your event, to enable us to give you our best possible advice. Alternatively we can prepare an estimate based on information given over the telephone.

Our experienced Service Managers are available to advise on the type of structure best suited to your event including: interiors, floor plans,staging, heating, lighting etc. We will discuss with you the most suitable location for your event. We will liaise with caterers, and organise the requirements for the furniture, and advise on heating, lighting, toilets etc. Our up to date knowledge of health and safety regulations is available to you as an integral part of our service.

Quality control measures are in place to ensure that all the necessary equipment arrives on time and in perfect condition.
